Terms of Sale and Refund Policy
Seller: Private Media, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Private Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Applies to: purchases of Subscriptions, memberships, the Cowork Strategy Stack software and persona packs, and the Cowork Academy training community. Effective Date: July 1, 2026

YOU JOIN AND PAY THROUGH OUR SKOOL COMMUNITY, NOT ON OUR WEBSITES. BY JOINING OR MAKING A PURCHASE THROUGH OUR SKOOL COMMUNITY, OR BY CLICKING “I AGREE” (OR SIMILAR), YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SALE AND TO OUR REFUND POLICY BELOW. THESE TERMS INCLUDE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL OF MEMBERSHIPS (SECTION 6) AND A NO-REFUND POLICY (SECTION 8). PLEASE READ THEM BEFORE YOU BUY.

2. Scope and Acceptance
2.1 These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of our memberships and products. They work together with our End User License Agreement (which governs the software) and our Privacy Policy and Product Privacy Notice (which govern data). If there is a conflict about the software itself, the EULA controls.
2.2 All purchases are made through our community platform (Skool), not on our websites. Our websites are informational and link you to the Skool community to join. You join and pay for your membership through Skool, your recurring membership is billed by Skool, and any persona packs are purchased inside Skool by clicking to buy, with Skool charging your payment method. We receive our share of those payments from Skool.
2.3 You accept these Terms of Sale when you join or make a purchase through the Skool community, and by installing or using the software. We and/or Skool keep a record of your acceptance.
3. What We Sell
3.1 Subscriptions / memberships. Access to the Cowork Academy community, training, and related resources on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis, and access to the Cowork Strategy Stack software at the tier you select.
3.2 Software (Foundation plugin and persona packs). Delivered to you through a personalized download link sent by email. Your use of the software is governed by the EULA. Your Subscription governs access to new downloads, updates, new versions, and new persona packs; copies of the software already delivered to you remain licensed for your own use under the EULA after your Subscription ends.
3.3 Persona packs and add-ons. Optional expansions licensed on the same terms as the software.
3.4 Descriptions, features, and inclusions of each tier are shown at the point of sale and may change for future purchases.
4. Ordering, Payment, and Billing
4.1 Payment is processed through our community platform, Skool. When you purchase, you also agree to Skool’s applicable terms for payment processing and account billing. Your payment card details are handled by Skool and its payment processors, not stored by us.
4.2 To the extent Skool collects and remits applicable taxes, those amounts are shown or added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes not collected by Skool.
4.3 You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
5. Pricing, Currency, and Taxes
5.1 Prices are shown at the point of sale in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added.
5.2 We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect the current paid term of an existing Subscription; it applies at your next renewal, and we will disclose the new price before it takes effect as described in Section 6.
6. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Please read this Section carefully.
6.1 Automatic renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as you selected) and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. At checkout we disclose the price, the billing interval, and that the Subscription renews automatically until cancelled, and you consent to recurring charges.
6.2 Renewal reminders. Where required by law, we (or Skool on our behalf) will send a renewal or pricing reminder before an annual Subscription renews.
6.3 How to cancel. You can cancel at any time through your Skool account settings. See Section 7.
6.4 Price-change notice. If the renewal price will differ from your last term, we will notify you in advance as required by applicable law so you can cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Cancellation
7.1 You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Skool account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term contracts.
7.2 When you cancel, your access remains active through the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a period (see Section 8).
7.3 When your Subscription ends, your access to the community, support, updates, and new downloads is removed. Copies of the software and persona packs already delivered to you remain licensed for your own use, as described in the EULA.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 All sales are final. Subscriptions are non-refundable, including both monthly and annual plans. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges apply.
8.2 Custom and immediately delivered digital products. As part of your Subscription you receive a personalized, custom-configured software plugin that is generated for and delivered to you. Because this is a bespoke digital product delivered to you immediately, it is non-refundable once the download link is issued or the plugin is delivered, regardless of your Subscription status.
8.3 We still want you to be happy. If something is not working for you, contact us at and give us a chance to make it right. Because billing and membership are handled by Skool, your billing, cancellation, and any refund that we agree to or that is required by law are processed through your Skool account.
8.4 Your legal rights. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. To the extent applicable law requires a refund or cooling-off right that cannot be waived, that right applies despite this Section.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If we offer a free trial, introductory price, or other named promotion, the specific terms (length, what happens when it ends, and whether it converts to a paid Subscription) are disclosed with that offer. Unless stated otherwise, a trial that converts becomes a paying Subscription under Section 6 until you cancel.
10. Eligibility
Our products and services are intended for business and professional use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
11. Discounts, Coupons, and Referrals
Discounts and coupons are subject to their stated conditions and cannot be combined unless we say so. Any affiliate or referral program is governed by separate Affiliate Program Terms.
12. Delivery and Access
12.1 Software is delivered by a personalized download link sent to the email associated with your account. The link and download are personal to you and may not be shared (see the EULA).
12.2 Community and training access is provided through Skool and is tied to your active Subscription.
13. No Guaranteed Results
Our software, training, and community provide tools, education, and guidance. Results depend on your own effort, skills, business, and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific results, income, growth, rankings, or outcomes. See our results disclaimer and the EULA for more.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and, where they affect your Subscription, will take effect at your next renewal. Your continued purchases or continued Subscription after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved as described in the EULA, including the informal-resolution step, binding individual arbitration, class-action waiver, and jury-trial waiver.
