Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern your participation as an affiliate (“Affiliate,” “you”) in the Private Media, LLC affiliate program (the “Program”). By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
The Program is approval-based. To apply, email support@coworkacademy.com to request access, and we will review your request. Approved affiliates are enrolled and tracked through our Skool community, which handles affiliate links, tracking, and payouts. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account and tax information. We may approve or reject any applicant and may modify or end the Program at any time.
2. Commissions
2.1 We pay commission of 30% on qualifying one-time Persona Pack and Bundle purchases made by members you refer, as calculated, tracked, and configured by our community platform, Skool. Consulting and custom development engagements are excluded from commission.
2.2 A referral qualifies only when it is tracked through your unique Skool affiliate link or code, results in a qualifying pack or bundle purchase, and the payment clears and is not refunded or charged back.
2.3 Commissions are calculated on amounts actually received by us (net of platform fees, taxes, and refunds). We do not pay commission on your own purchases (no self-referral).
3. Payment
Commissions are tracked and paid out through Skool, on Skool’s schedule and terms, using the payout method you set up with Skool. You are responsible for your own taxes; a W-9 (or W-8) may be required and a 1099 issued where applicable.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks (Clawback)
If a referred payment is later refunded, reversed, or charged back, the related commission is reversed and may be deducted from your current or future balance. Fraudulent, incentivized, or self-dealing referrals are not eligible and may result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Required Disclosures (FTC)
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to us wherever you promote us, in line with FTC rules (for example, “I earn a commission if you join through my link”). You must be honest, must not make false or misleading statements, and must not make income, earnings, or results claims about our products. Disclosures must be obvious and placed where customers will see them before clicking.
6. Prohibited Promotion
You will not: send spam or unsolicited messages; bid on or use our or our brands’ trademarks (or confusingly similar terms or typo variants) in paid ads or domains; make false, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims; promise specific results or earnings; use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or misleading redirects; impersonate us; or promote us on sites with illegal, infringing, hateful, or adult content.
7. Brand Use
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use approved names, logos, and creative we provide, only to promote the Program, and subject to any brand guidelines. You gain no other rights in our intellectual property.
8. Relationship; No Authority
You are an independent contractor. The Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You may not make any representation or commitment on our behalf.
9. Termination and Changes
Either party may end participation at any time. We may change commission rates, terms, or the Program with notice; changes apply to referrals made after the change. Unqualified or reversed commissions are not payable.
10. Disclaimers, Liability, and Law
The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability relating to the Program is limited as set out in our Terms of Service, and you indemnify Private Media, LLC for your promotional activities and any breach of these terms. These terms are governed by Illinois law, with disputes resolved as described in our Terms of Service.
